How do I cancel my subscription?

Click here and your mail browser will open with a pre-populated Cancellation Request. Just hit send and we’ll process your request as soon as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation from us that your account has been canceled.

What is the refund policy for The Lucrative Society™ membership?

For monthly subscriptions, the first month’s payment is fully refundable within 30 days from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your investment for any reason. After the first month, subscriptions must be canceled prior to your next billing date in order to avoid being charged again. No refunds are given after the first month, but we will cancel your subscription upon request and you will not be billed again. Please consult our Terms of Service for further detail.

What if I want to upgrade or downgrade?

No problem! If you’d like to upgrade or downgrade between VIP and VIP+, contact us and we’ll hook you up.

How do I change my credit card/billing address?

Hover over “My Account” in the menu at the top right of the page. Then click “Update Credit Card” on the drop-down menu.

How do I change my password?

Hover over “My Account” in the menu at the top right of the page. Then click “My Profile” on the drop-down menu and follow the instructions provided.

How do I add a photo to my profile?

Hover over “My Account” in the menu at the top right of the page. Then click “My Profile” on the drop-down menu and follow the instructions provided.  If you have an account with Gravatar that is linked to the same email address you use to log in here, you may also update your photo at Gravatar.com.
